See What Company Insiders Are Really Doing
When executives buy or sell their own stock, they’re sending a signal.
The Insider Activity & Sentiment Analytics suite on Pharus turns that signal into something you can actually use.
For every stock, you get a complete list of insider transactions, a visual sentiment chart with buy/sell pressure over time, and a single Insider Score that summarizes it all on a -100 to +100 scale. On top of that, a global Insider Score list lets you quickly find the strongest bullish and bearish names across the market.

Insider Purchases and Sales
Full Insider Transaction History Per Stock
On each stock page, the Insider Transactions section shows all reported trades for the last two years:
- Totals at the top – number of purchases and sales over the period
- A detailed transaction table with:
- Insider name and role
- Date
- Transaction type (buy, sale, gift, option exercise, etc.)
- Shares traded and price
- Holdings after the trade, so you can see whether insiders are meaningfully increasing or reducing their stake
You can scroll through the full history or quickly scan for large, recent moves that might matter for your thesis.

Insider Sentiment with MSPR & Net Transaction Change
Insider Sentiment With MSPR & Net Transaction Change
Raw trades are powerful, but trends are even better.
The Insider Sentiment Analysis panel converts trade data into easy-to-read time series:
- Monthly Share Purchase Ratio (MSPR) – how much insider buying vs selling is happening each month
- Net transaction change – the dollar impact of insider trades over time
- Summary tiles for:
- Latest MSPR
- Average MSPR
- Net change over the selected period
- Number of buy months vs sell months
Choose your look-back window (e.g. 1, 3 or 5 years) and instantly see when insiders have been consistently accumulating shares, sitting on their hands, or aggressively selling.

Insider Score
A Simple Insider Score From -100 to +100
To make insider activity comparable across thousands of stocks, Pharus calculates a weekly Insider Score and surfaces it everywhere:
- Shown as a color-coded badge on each stock (e.g. Poor -19, Excellent +80)
- Updated weekly to reflect the latest disclosed trades
- Available in watchlists, screeners and the dedicated Insider Scores page
How it works, in plain language:
Our Insider Score distills all insider trading activity into a simple -100 to +100 signal. It doesn’t just count trades — it measures insider conviction. Large, recent open-market buys by management drive the score higher, while aggressive selling pushes it lower. That gives you a clear, up-to-date view of whether the people who know the business best are acting bullish or bearish with their own money.
You don’t have to decode filings manually—one number summarizes the overall message from insiders.
