Except for Your Content (defined below), all right, title, and interest in and to the Services—including all software, visuals, designs, text, trademarks, and data—are owned by Pharus Analytics or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize any part of the Services or content therein.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by applicable law.

Use the Services in violation of any law or regulation or in a manner that infringes third‑party rights.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of any Content you upload or submit (“Your Content”). You grant Pharus Analytics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not infringe or violate any third party’s rights or any law. We may remove Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

5. Accounts & Security

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use or security incident.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features are offered on a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Any refunds are governed by our then‑current refund policy.

7. Market Data & No Investment Advice

The Services may include financial or market data and analytics provided for informational and educational purposes only. Pharus Analytics does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information obtained through the Services, and you assume all risk for such decisions. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and is provided “as is.” Past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Services may reference or integrate third‑party services, data sources, or content. Those are governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services and do not endorse or assume any liability for them.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharus Analytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of them.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Norway for the resolution of any disputes, with venue appropriate in Oslo, to the extent permitted by law.
